the reservation is valid, except if another agreement was made.

Travel cancellation insurance: We advise you to effect a travel cancellation insurance so that in case of cancellation of the accomodation, no unnecessary costs emerge from illness, case of death, job loss, etc. Information e.g. at www.europaeische.at.


The accomodation can be canceled by either contractual partner through deed poll without giving reasons and at no charge at the latest three months before the appointed arrival day.


The accomodation can be canceled by either contractual partner through deed poll at the latest one month before the appointed arrival day. In this case, a cancellation charge in the amount of the apartment price without breakfast for 3 days has to be payed. The accomodation cancellations have to be received by the contractual partner at the latest one month (or three months) before the appointed arrival day of the guest. In case of a short-term cancellation (under the month term) or not occupying the apartment, as well as in case of sudden departure, we have to demand 70% of the appointed price. If it is possible to sublet the apartment to the same conditions to other guests, this compensation is not applicable. Except for the above mentioned agreements, the Austrian hotel regulations are applicable.


The well equipped apartments are located on a beautiful, sunny slope with a view of the valley above the village. Every apartment is comfortably arranged with a modern kitchenette (electric cooker-oven, fridge, complete dinnerware set), bedclothes, Sat-TV and telephone, as well as a south-facing balcony. No additional charges (final cleaning, electricity, visitor's tax included). Sauna and solarium are available in the hotel. There is a cosy lounge and bar with TV on the ground floor. A passenger elevator is available.


The mentioned prices are inclusive- prices per apartment and day in Euro. Compensation for damages or loss of laundry, dinnerware as well as for furniture and fixtures.


Arrival: The apartments can not be obtained before 16:00. Optionally you could bring along additional towels (bath towels for the sauna).


Departure: The apartments have to be left until 10:00am. We request you to pay the account at least one day before your departure. We do not charge for final cleaning. In case the apartment is very messy, we reserve to collect an adequate amount for the final cleaning. Please do not forget to leave your apartment key at the reception.
